Processing Times:

Each custom piece is made with serious love and precision, princess. Orders take 8-10 business days to process before they even think about leaving the shop. You’ll get an email once your order’s struttin’ its way to you.
(Custom or bulk orders? Yeah, they might need a little extra beauty sleep. We'll let you know if that's the case.)

Shipping Methods & Times:

Once your merch hits the road, the timing depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Local Pickup/Delivery (Clearwater, BC): Available

Calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and your location.

You’ll get a tracking number faster than a wink from across a smoky diner booth. Keep an eye out — your treasures are never left to wander.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

Once it leaves our hands, your order is in the care of the carrier. Vinyl Vixen Print Shop isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items — but don't you pout, baby. We'll help you file a claim and fight like hell to make it right.

Currently, we are only shipping within North America. As soon as international shipping becomes available, we will update our site pronto!
